"Builder Plead Guilty"

Bought a home during COVID and have challenges with the builder. Francesca kept sharing each time I called that it would catch up with him, that others would be addressing his behaviors. Lo and behold, he was fined by the county last week for abandoning the New Home Warranties. And, he is being actively sued by various builders and home owners. Here we are the 4th year and guess what? The VP that was holding up the contract moved to a competing insurance vendor last year. And...you guessed it. I got the contract back (one of my biggest).
